Although slightly, a leader seems to be very similar to a boss, both are quite different. While a boss tends to only command and asks others to do things, a leader guides and accompanies the team or subordinates and is successful together.

Essential leadership tends to show a very good leadership mentality. How can it be? It is because this type of leader can show some characteristics to motivate others to bring the best performance in every project or job. The main goal is still the success of the project while still paying attention to the idea of each team member.
This type of leader focuses on the potential and character of every team member. By paying attention to the member’s characteristics, potential, and talents, they can put the right person in the right place to achieve the goal. Sometimes, a professional exponential leader must “force” the member to be in a certain position because he or she knows that that member will work very well in it.
Just like the name, this type of leadership is owned by a leader that sees everything from the business perspective. There is nothing wrong with that as the leader tends to think more strategically to get benefits in the long and short term. Of course, those benefits are felt by the members or subordinates as well.
Organizational Leadership is a type of leadership in which the leader focuses on organizing and managing every aspect of the team. He or she doesn’t only manage the team members but also the project as well as possible. While it looks like the leader does almost anything in the job, he or she also attempts for the team members to be involved. A good organizational leader also still considers ideas and feedback from the members for the betterment.
The last type of leadership is team Leadership. Instead of positioning himself or herself as the “leader”, he or she tends to make all people equal to prevent problems or frictions. This type of leader is more open to the members’ opinions even than his own. This type of leadership is suggested to apply in non-business institutions like schools, colleges, and organizations.
